Back to Disciplines

As part of our wider Finance offering, Cedar’s Change & Transformation division is led by Daryl Riley who has almost 20 years’ experience in professional staffing and consultancy across a blend of disciplines, positioning him as a credible and knowledgeable specialist in the change & transformation market.

The combination of finance, technology and data has enabled him to partner across the C Suite, bringing a wealth of experience to listen, advise and deliver complex transformation projects.

Daryl has established a strong network and knowledge within the finance and wider transformation market. He prides himself on building long-term relationships and partnering with senior business executives including CFO’s, CTO’s, CIO’s and CDO’s.

Areas of advisory and support include:

  • Market trends & insights, role/team structure and candidate mapping

  • Salary benchmarking

  • Professional interim management

  • Running retained, contingent and SoW models

Post pandemic and with the introduction of IR35 in the private sector, we’ve seen significant changes in the transformation markets. With almost 50% of businesses planning or already undergoing finance transformation in 2022/23, there is an increasing demand for finance functions to evolve.
