Nathan leads Cedar’s Change & Transformation practice, specialising in senior interim and permanent appointments across business, technology, digital, finance and operational transformation.

He partners with private equity firms, portfolio companies and C-suite executives, supporting businesses through value creation, operational improvement, large-scale transformation, post-merger integration, business separation and technology modernisation.

Nathan’s focus includes Chief Transformation Officers (CTrOs), Transformation Directors, Chief Operating Officers (COOs), Programme Directors, Heads of Transformation, Business Transformation Directors and Integration Directors. He also supports CIO, CTO and senior technology leadership appointments, alongside specialist roles across ERP, finance transformation, digital, data and AI.

Working across the UK and internationally, Nathan supports businesses at different stages of their transformation journey, from strategy and programme mobilisation through to implementation, recovery and delivery. His experience spans ERP and EPM programmes, target operating model design, finance process improvement, shared services, automation, M&A integration, carve-outs and operational transformation.

Alongside individual leadership appointments, Nathan supports wider transformation team build-outs and project-based delivery through interim, permanent and statement-of-work solutions.

Away from the office, Nathan enjoys travelling and spending time with his family. Having previously lived in Brazil for a decade, he speaks Portuguese and enjoys exploring new places and cultures.
