Aleeza specialises in Finance Transformation recruitment, partnering with organisations to deliver strategic change and build future-ready finance functions.

With a strong background in BAU Finance recruitment, Aleeza has expanded her specialism in response to growing client demand, supporting businesses with Shared Service Centre builds, Global Process Owner appointments, finance systems implementations, process optimisation and Change Management.

Her experience spans SAP, D365, and EPM solutions including Hyperion, OneStream, and BlackLine.

Aleeza partners with senior finance and transformation leaders to deliver permanent, contract, and interim recruitment solutions, connecting organisations with the talent needed to drive successful transformation.

Outside of work, Aleeza enjoys spending time with friends and is an avid reader, often found curled up with her two cats.
