Part time Finance Manager

Location: Bexley (3 days per week)

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 pro rata (£30,000 – £35,000 actual)

Hybrid working – 2 days in the office and 1 day at home

Cedar has partnered with a leading offshore engineering provider who are looking to hire a part-time Finance Manager (3 days/week) with strong administrative skills to join their growing team delivering critical services to the energy sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing day-to-day finance administration to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Managing invoice processing, cost tracking, and expense coding with precision
• Supporting month-end and year-end financial reporting, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Maintaining accurate, compliant financial records and audit-ready documentation
• Collaborating with internal teams and liaising with external stakeholders, including suppliers and auditors
• Assisting with ad hoc finance projects, coordinating office logistics, and supporting senior management as needed

What You’ll Bring:

• Solid experience in admin roles with a finance or invoicing focus
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
• Confidence working independently and as part of a fast-paced team
• A keen eye for detail and a calm hand under pressure
• Bonus points for experience with Mac OS, Xero, and Google Workspace
