Intro
Cedar is currently partnered with a global, private equity-backed Manufacturing Group to secure a Finance Business Partner – Technology. This is a 12 month interim opportunity offering a salary of £80,000 – £90,000 + car allowance + bonus, based on a hybrid model with 3 days onsite in Surrey.

The Role
As Finance Business Partner – Technology, you will:

• Act as a strategic finance partner to global and local transformation leaders.

• Develop and review financial business cases for investment proposals.

• Create detailed cost and resource budgets alongside programme leads.

• Track financial benefits and report performance against transformation goals.

• Provide oversight on large-scale programme spend and contractual compliance.

• Deliver monthly reporting packs to senior transformation stakeholders.

Your Profile
You will ideally have:

• Extensive experience in finance business partnering in large, matrixed environments.

• Advanced Excel modelling and financial analysis capabilities.

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior leaders.

• A background in transformation programme support, ideally with technology exposure.

• A formal finance qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) and minimum 7 years’ experience.
