Our client, a leading Financial Services provider in Dorking is currently recruiting for a Compliance Specialist to join them on a full time, permanent contract.

The ideal candidate will have expertise that will directly support high standards and a client-first approach within a supportive, well-being-focused workplace.

About the Role

– Provide essential regulatory guidance and support, driving a culture rooted in Conduct Risk and Customer Outcomes.

– Overseeing the Compliance Mailbox, addressing regulatory inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.

– Collaborating across departments to ensure all activities meet FCA and PRA standards.

– Enhancing Information Security practices by identifying potential risks and developing solutions.

The Ideal Candidate

– Experience within a similar vacancy within Financial Services is essential.

– Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective cross-level collaboration.

– Experience in compliance audit or a regulated sales environment.

– Deep familiarity with the UK’s financial regulatory framework.
