Jake has worked in recruitment for almost a decade. His focus has always been on the Finance Transformation market and he has a vast network in this space. His clients range from FTSE listed PLC’s to PE backed firms and SME’s. He has placed C-Suite confidential roles under NDA and worked on large-scale projects; such as building out a Global SSC in Poland.

Since 2017, he has a proven track record of supporting commerce and industry clients in the U.K, Europe and the U.S with some key interim hires such as; GPO, R2R Lead, O2C Lead, P2P Lead, ERP System Implementation Specialist, Post Merger Integration Lead, Finance Transformation Project Manager.

His approach is built on honesty, clear communication and deep market insight which ensure that anyone he works with gets an excellent level of service. Jake prides himself on long lasting relationships with both candidates and clients, genuinely enjoying helping companies grow with the right talent.

Outside of work he is a loyal Spurs supporter and regularly plays football himself for a Sunday League team. He also completed the 2026 London Marathon for charity and does his best to run a few times weekly.
