Demi is our Marketing Manager at Cedar, driving B2B growth through bold strategy, creative execution, and performance-led marketing. With 5+ years’ experience in recruitment marketing, she has worked across both large and small businesses, spanning international markets and agency environments.

She focuses on building marketing that actually works, combining creativity with data to cut through crowded markets and deliver measurable impact. Motivated by momentum and continuous improvement, she is always finding smarter ways to turn insight into action and brands into something people genuinely notice and choose.

With a degree in Creative Brand Communications, specialising in Visual Communications, she brings a strong foundation in design thinking alongside hands-on experience across content, digital, and growth marketing. This balance allows her to create work that is both creatively sharp and commercially effective.

Outside the boardroom, Demi enjoys spending time with family and friends, making the most of sunny days by the Thames, and travelling whenever she can – usually with a strong chance of supporting the Springboks along the way.
