Declan is a Director within Cedar’s Procurement practice, bringing over 14 years of specialist recruitment experience across Procurement and Supply Chain.

Throughout his career, he has partnered with organisations ranging from ambitious SMEs to global FTSE and Fortune 500 businesses, delivering senior appointments across the UK, Europe and North America. He is passionate about building long-term relationships and is known for his consultative, honest approach – helping clients secure exceptional talent while supporting candidates through important career decisions.

At Cedar, Declan is focused on growing the Procurement practice, developing a high-performing team and partnering with organisations to solve complex hiring challenges across the procurement landscape.

Outside of recruitment, Declan is a passionate Irish rugby supporter and Newcastle United fan. He enjoys exploring the North East coastline with his wife and son, as well as the occasional sea swim.
