A large Local Authority who are going through a major transformation and organisational change programme, are seeking an experienced PMO Lead to play a critical role in bringing structure, governance and visibility to a complex portfolio of change. This is a high-profile opportunity to support the successful delivery of significant organisational transformation within a fast-paced public sector environment.
This is a hands-on PMO role responsible for managing the central PMO function, providing governance, reporting and coordination across multiple workstreams. You will ensure senior stakeholders have clear visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, milestones and delivery outcomes.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working with senior stakeholders while also managing the day-to-day PMO activities required to keep a large transformation programme on track.
This is an opportunity to join a high-profile public sector transformation programme and play a key role in supporting significant organisational change.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, help shape programme governance and provide the structure, reporting and insight required to support successful delivery.
If you have strong PMO experience, public sector transformation expertise and exposure to Local Government environments, we would like to hear from you.
