Programme Analyst – Financial Services

Day Rate: £350 (Inside IR35)

Start Date: April 2026

Duration: 9 Months with potential to go perm

Location: Central London (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

We are supporting a nationally significant organisation delivering a major financial services transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Programme Analyst to join a high-profile delivery team.

This role has a strong technical delivery focus, supporting complex systems integration, service design and multi-supplier onboarding within a regulated environment.

You’ll work closely with engineering teams, operational SMEs and senior programme stakeholders to define requirements, shape solutions and support delivery through to go-live.

Key responsibilities include:

• Requirements gathering and technical specification
• Process mapping, service design and data modelling
• Supporting SIT and UAT testing cycles
• Facilitating technical workshops across multiple stakeholders
• Supporting supplier onboarding and integration

Key experience:

• Proven experience as a Business / Technical / Programme Analyst
• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs and data flows
• Experience in financial services, payments or regulated sectors
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
