Cedar has partnered with a well-known retail brand seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Administrator on a permanent basis for their UK head office. The company has expanded significantly through acquisitions and is a household name in both the UK and international markets.

The role will include:

• Processing invoices, expenses, payments, and direct debits
• Reconciling supplier statements and aged creditors
• Investigating and resolving supplier and internal queries
• Managing the AP inbox and maintaining accurate ledger records
• Producing monthly reconciliations and supporting with prepayments

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience in a fast-paced finance team
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
• Ability to manage a varied workload with accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience of manually processing invoices
