Finance Process Analyst Permanent

Cedar are recruiting a Finance Business Analyst for a national healthcare business based in North London. This is a permanent role offering hybrid working (3 days in the office) reporting to the Head of Finance. The Finance Business Analyst will be working on finance projects and finance improvements. The design of the role is to be varied and provide opportunities for growth within the business.

The key duties/responsibilities of the role are: –

• Running workshops such as discovery sessions etc. to understand as is processes, and translate these into process maps and standard operating procedures
• Drive change initiatives by communicating proposed changes, providing training and support to stakeholders, and ensuring smooth transition to new processes
• Supporting with data cleansing processes, data migration and testing processes
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and policies

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level (preferably in finance/accounting) and have prior experience in a Business Analyst position with mid to large sized business. The candidate will have excellent communication skills, and have experience with stakeholder engagement/management.
