In celebration of International Women’s Day, we’re proud to bring together senior women across Finance, Tax, Procurement and Transformation, creating a space for meaningful conversations around leadership, progression and the challenges that remain. This exclusive Women in Senior Leadership Business Breakfast will take place on Wednesday 4th March at 8.00am at The Delaunay’s private dinning room.
This senior leadership breakfast brings together women at Director level across Finance, Tax and Change and Transformation who are focused on progressing to C-Suite roles. The session will explore what truly differentiates C-Suite ready leaders, how to increase influence and visibility at the most senior levels, and how to confidently advocate for your value in complex organisations.
The event will be an informal discussion over breakfast with the benefit of hearing from several women who have successfully made this transition, who will share their experiences, challenges and advice.
Key topics for this event will include:
Leading with Impact – Understanding the difference between high performing Directors and C-suite ready leaders, and how to demonstrate enterprise level thinking.
Navigating Workplace Dynamics – Managing senior stakeholders, power dynamics and informal influence within complex organisations.
Empowering Ambition – Owning your leadership narrative and using language that accurately reflects your scope, impact and ambition.
