Cedar's approach to the pandemic
We are regularly reviewing the situation and changing our strategies and approach depending on the latest Government advice and guidance
Our Business Continuity Plan enables us to keep our operations running smoothly and accounts for our colleagues having to work from home.
We can assure you that our systems are set up to be used remotely so there will be limited impact on key functions.
We adhere to our individual clients policies and procedures regarding the virus.
We will independently assess the situation and ensure that the latest Government advice and guidance is followed whilst limiting the impact on our client business and operations.
In line with the most recent advice, we have a number of colleagues working from home or remotely. However, we have a high level of trust and confidence in our technology systems to allow us to operate at full capacity and fulfil our client requirements.
We have made a number of changes to our recruitment processes in order to follow the Government guidance.
Our recruitment and onboarding systems are robust enough to deal with the whole process so we can limit the amount of face-to-face contact whilst maintaining an efficient system for our candidates and clients.
We have also collated a range of resources and guidance from Government and NHS websites for you to use – you can find these here.
Cedar is currently onboarding a large number of candidates on a daily basis, so if you are recruiting at the moment and need help filling roles, then please get in touch.
Thank you and we appreciate your continued support.
