Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage and maintain your own ledger, ensuring timely debt collection

– Handle accounts from both **local authorities** and **private organisations**

– Chase overdue payments and reduce debt efficiently in a **fast-paced environment**

– Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payment issues

– Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

– Proven experience as a Credit Controller in a Medical or B2B environment

– Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of transactions

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills

– A can-do attitude with a passion for learning and continuous improvement

– Proactive approach to problem-solving and managing debt
