Procurement Manager – Cloud/Software Permanent

Cedar are supporting a Private Sector client based in Surrey who are looking to hire a Procurement Manager for Cloud & Software. This is a permanent job opportunity, operating on a hybrid working basis, offering a salary up to £75,000 plus a great range of benefits which include c20% bonus, car allowance (c£8k pa), Pension and Private Medical.

Our client is looking for a hands-on Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement activities, including license renewals, new purchases, RFPs, negotiations, and contracting for Cloud & Software requirements. This role will focus on areas such as licensing, enterprise software solutions, cloud agreements etc. and will require you to manage commercial relationships with Tier 1 vendors across cloud, SaaS, PaaS, and enterprise platforms. The successful candidate will support an organisation with a global footprint to shape category strategy, and ensure that supplier agreements are optimised for value, risk, and business alignment within their assigned area.

Candidates applying MUST HAVE:

• strong background working on Procurements relating to Cloud and Software – primarily including experience working with Tier 1 suppliers
• strong track record creating and delivering procurement/category strategies
• experience managing a small team
• strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
