Cedar is working with a dynamic, PE-backed international services organisation to recruit an Interim Senior Finance Business Partner. This 6-month contract, offering £600 – 700 per day (Outside IR35), is suited to a finance leader with strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive strategic insights during a period of operational change.

The Role
As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will:

• Act as a strategic partner to divisional leadership, providing robust financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Build and develop financial models to support scenario planning, investments, and cost optimisation.
• Enhance financial reporting and analytics, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Lead the establishment of key KPIs and drive commercial performance across multiple business units.
• Provide practical business partnering support, bridging gaps left by traditional accounting teams.
• Support transformation initiatives, embedding best-in-class financial processes and continuous improvement.
• Engage with investors and senior stakeholders to align divisional and group objectives.

Your Profile
You will have:

• Proven experience as a Senior Finance Business Partner or commercial finance lead.
• A strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving financial performance.
• Exceptional analytical and modelling skills with advanced scenario planning expertise.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• A hands-on, proactive approach to adding commercial value and improving decision-making.
