The Role

This is a rare opportunity for someone with early- to mid-level experience, who’s eager to build and deliver real automation and AI-driven impact across multiple businesses. You’ll work directly with operators, founders, and investment teams to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and implement them at pace.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement AI & automation tools to solve real business problems – fast.
• Build slick dashboards and reporting in Power BI that drive decisions.
• Integrate systems (think CRM, finance, ops) so data flows seamlessly.
• Use Excel like a pro for analysis, modelling, and data prep.
• Rapidly prototype solutions – no waiting for perfect requirements.
• Translate tech into simple terms for non-technical teams – and get buy-in.
• Bring energy, ideas, and practical results to every project.

You Should Have

• Hands-on AI & Automation experience – Deep understanding of AI technologies and how to use them in practical ways (e.g. automating processes, data workflows)
• Power BI mastery – advanced dashboarding, DAX, visual storytelling.
• Excel fluency – advanced formulas, dynamic data models, integrations.
• Strong systems thinking – you see how tools and data connect across functions.
• Excellent soft skills – you’re confident presenting to leadership, and people get what you’re explaining.
• A problem-solving mindset – you’re proactive, scrappy, and love figuring things out.
