I declare that the information given herein, in conjunction with my CV and any associated documents provided, are true, accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that knowingly providing false information may constitute a criminal offence. I confirm I am entitled to work in the UK and will immediately notify Cedar if that entitlement should terminate for any reason. Subject to any restrictions on referencing I have indicated above, I give permission to Cedar to seek such verifications as may be deemed necessary. I consent to Cedar processing my information, including sharing such information with clients and prospective employers and as required by law or court of competent jurisdiction, for the purpose of providing work-finding services and compliance with any applicable legislation including but not restricted to the Data Protection 1998 and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003. During the provision of work finding services, Cedar may provide you with the details of roles. These details may include company information, including but not limited to financial, systems and personnel information. By signing this agreement I agree to keep such information confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party without the written consent of Cedar.
