Simon Lythgoe

​Simon joined Cedar at the beginning of the global pandemic to bring some rigor and process to the company’s branding and marketing. Simon is an experienced recruitment Marketing professional having worked for some of the biggest names in the industry all over the world.

Having worked as a Solutions Director across numerous global MSPs and RPOs, and managed multiple Employer Branding campaigns, Simon brings some new skills to the Cedar team.

In his spare time Simon enjoys running and cycling up hills and in winter, skiing down them. On most weekends you’ll find him paddling up and down the Regents Canal.
