Head of Tax & Treasury, Remote or London Permanent NEW

A role has been created for a Head of Tax & Treasury working for a high growth, PE backed multinational group. The Group has an impressive 5-year plan that will see it grow organically and through acquisition.

They are looking for an experienced Tax professional to put a strategy in place for tax, manage global compliance, add value to transactions and put governance and processes in place.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and lead the Group’s global tax strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives, growth plans and shareholder expectations
• Own the Group’s transfer pricing strategy, governance framework and supporting documentation.
• M&A support to include structuring, integration and synergy realisation
• Provide oversight and governance across all indirect taxes, including VAT, GST, WHT and Employment taxes
• Oversight of compliance, tax provisioning, tax accounting and external reporting requirements

This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of Tax or International Tax Senior Manager / Director to take on a broader remit and shape how Tax & Treasury can become a strategic part of the leadership team.

This is a fast paced, high growth business that requires someone with strong UK and international tax experience with the ability to demonstrate being hands-on as well as strategic.
