This established, PE backed Consumer facing business has the largest market share of any business within is particular market. Having undergone significant modernisation and transformation, it is well positioned to continue expanding across the UK and beyond.

As part of this growth strategy, it is now seeing to recruit an FP&A Analyst.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this high-profile role includes:

• Developing and maintaining financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning by engaging with management teams across the business
• Producing monthly management reports, including variance analysis against budget and prior periods
• Partnering with business units to understand drivers of financial performance and provide actionable insights
• Supporting the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasts
• Analysing revenue, costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and risks
• Preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership
• Improving and streamlining financial processes, tools, and reporting systems
• Supporting ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects

Required candidate profile:

• Qualified accountant
• Financial analysis experience

• First class communication skills
