Duration: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Location: Central London (Hybrid)

Salary: £75,000pa – £80,000pa + Benefits

We are exclusively partnering with a high-growth digital subscription business to appoint an experienced Head of Operations on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a broad leadership role with responsibility for operational strategy, content and platform operations, data and reporting, third-party supplier management, governance, and operational excellence. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will drive scalable processes, optimise workflows, enhance data-led decision making, and ensure the business is well positioned for its next phase of growth.

Key requirements:

• Senior operations leadership experience within streaming, digital media, broadcast or a comparable digital content environment.
• Strong understanding of digital content workflows, platform operations and operational delivery.
• Experience managing external technology and service partners.
• Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong data, process improvement and operational governance experience.
• Knowledge of AWS infrastructure and digital media operations is advantageous.

This opportunity would suit a hands-on operational leader who enjoys working in fast-paced, scaling businesses and is comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day delivery.
