In-House International Tax Manager, Surrey Permanent

An opportunity for an International Tax Manager has arisen working for a large group with presence across the globe. Reporting to the Head of Tax for the region, you’ll ensure compliance and reporting requirements are adhered to whilst also supporting the Head of Tax on projects and partnering with the business to add commercial value.

Responsibilities include

• Prepare and review tax reporting for the region’s group entities and ensure returns are filed on time
• Support the Head of Tax with tax audits and ensuring any information requests are delivered
• Assist the Head of Tax to develop and implement tax planning initiatives
• Provide advice on any legislative changes that could impact the business, communicate these and make recommendations accordingly

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership for a region and become a business partner for the region. You will have a strong international tax background and ideally have had some experience of working in-house, although that is not essential. The role is based in Surrey and requires 3-4 days in the office.
