Senior FP&A Manager Permanent

Cedar is searching for an experienced and commercially minded Senior FP&A Manager to join the Group FP&A Team for our global client. This is a high-impact role at the heart of the business, shaping strategic decisions, driving performance insights, and supporting key initiatives across the Group.

You’ll act as a trusted finance partner to senior leadership, lead major FP&A projects, and deliver robust financial analysis across a large, complex organisation. The role requires strong technical capability, exceptional communication skills, and the confidence to influence at Executive and Board level.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance partner to divisional leadership, aligning performance insights with Group objectives.
• Lead the preparation of high-quality financial analysis and presentations for the CFO, Executive Committee, and Board.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools to deliver insightful analysis on performance, trends, and business drivers.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning through driver-based and scenario analysis.
• Provide analytical support for capital allocation and major business change initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes and systems.

Candidate requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with 7-10 years PQE.
• A highly proficient F&A professional with proven experience in large, complex, or listed organisations.
• Strong background in financial modelling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, and able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
