Cedar are supporting a leading Energy Infrastructure business based in central London with their search for a newly qualified Financial Accountant.

Reporting into the talented Financial Controller; this is a super opportunity for a newly qualified accountant to join a high performing team following a recent promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of month end processes and relevant financial control activities
• Prepare monthly management accounts – analysing and reviewing variance between actuals and forecast
• Support year end process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial results
• Support audit process and preparation of statutory financial information
• Assist with ad hoc project work – challenge the status quo and improve processes
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business

Key Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA from practice preferred)
• Strong technical skillset
• Drive and ambition!
