This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment while working on diverse and exciting client projects.

Due to this being a primarily advisory role working with large corporate and OMBs you will need to ACA qualified and/or part qualified CTA.

As a firm on average, they are in the office 2 days per week but as long as you can commit to 1 day in the office they are extremely flexible!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in delivering tailored tax advice on corporate transactions, demergers, and share incentive schemes
• Prepare tax computations, valuations, and clearance submissions to HMRC
• Collaborate with the team to research and draft technical tax reports
• Support compliance tasks, including reviewing tax returns and addressing client queries
• Work closely with managers and partners, gaining exposure to varied industries and projects across a wide array of clients
