In this critical role, you will oversee the complete contract lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and continuous improvement across all service areas. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll act as a central point for implementing innovative strategies and enhancing processes to deliver measurable results.

Key Priorities:

• Strategic Contract Management: Lead the design, development, and execution of robust contract strategies, driving value and ensuring compliance with statutory and business requirements.
• Performance Optimisation: Identify and implement performance improvement initiatives, leveraging data insights and market trends to enhance operational outcomes.
• Process Innovation: Develop and refine contract management processes using cutting-edge tools and technologies, promoting transparency and efficiency.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations, legal, and other business units. Provide guidance to teams to foster growth and ensure seamless integration of contract strategies.
• Risk and Compliance Oversight: Proactively manage risks associated with contracts while ensuring adherence to regulatory and business standards.

What We’re Looking For:

A motivated professional with 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing. You’ll have a proven track record in contract management, strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and an aptitude for building lasting relationships. Experience in driving innovation and process improvement is essential.
