Tesco HQ – Welwyn Garden City (3 days per week)

Key responsibilities:

Partnering commercial stakeholders, delivering insight, analysis and recommendations in relation to growth assessment and improvement, financial sustainability and investment cases
Business case and decision support for key initiatives and capex opportunities, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives
Playing a key role in the development and delivery of strategy translation into short, medium and long term financial and non-financial plans, targets and KPIs
Developing and reviewing business cases for channel innovations
Identifying opportunities to increase sales productivity/profitability
Driving commercial productivity for the division, providing insight and identifying growth opportunities

Profile Requirements:

Demonstrable commercial finance experience, ideally from a large & complex organisation
A tangible track record of success within roles, reflecting identifiable value-add outcomes
Strong influencing skills, with proven experience of managing multiple senior stakeholders

Commercial awareness, with a resilience and appetite to challenge the status quo
