This growing Big 4 team are seeking skilled tax professionals to join their Private Companies team in London as an Associate Director working as part of a 130 strong team headed up by 9 partners.

With private capital markets on the rise, investments in privately owned businesses are increasing rapidly. They recognise the importance of strong client relationships and are committed to supporting the growth and success of private companies.

Their team specialises in advising a wide range of clients, from emerging businesses and private equity-backed firms to well-established family enterprises. They are particularly active in sectors like technology, media, retail, leisure, and business services.

To meet the growing demand for their services, they are expanding the London team and looking for professionals with experience in compliance, advisory, or transactions. In this role, the successful candidate will support clients at various stages of their business life cycle, including growth, international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring.
