About the Role
Join the Restructuring and Transactional Tax team as a Tax Advisory Manager. You’ll provide tax advice to owner-managed and large corporate clients, with a focus on corporate reconstructions and business transactions. This is a new role offering the chance to add significant value through delivering technical, commercially relevant tax advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tax advisory projects from planning to implementation.
- Oversee and review tax structuring, HMRC clearance applications, and project-related administration.
- Coordinate tax due diligence reports and advise on tax risk mitigation.
- Research and develop solutions for complex tax issues.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development efforts.
- Support partners and relationship managers with client matters.
About You
- Tax qualification (ACA/ACCA/CTA or equivalent) with experience in corporate transactions.
- Knowledge of indirect taxes (e.g., stamp duty, VAT) is a plus.
- UK-focused with potential international project experience.
