Exclusive role: I am supporting a Private Equity backed Technology Group based in central London on their search for a Commercial Finance Business Partner.

Through cutting-edge technology, the business has grown to market-leading status, and is continuing to go from strength to strength.

With a Sale pipelined within the next 2-3 years, this is a unique opportunity to get hands on Exit experience in a fast-paced Private Equity environment.

You will play a pivotal role in the Commercial Finance team, working closely with a impressive Head of FP&A and C-Suite executives on long term strategic planning and several high-profile projects, partnering with the divisional Directors across the business.

The Senior Finance leaders are ambitious, supportive, and truly hands on; they are keen to develop others and offer fantastic senior stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Business partner key non-finance stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, C-Suite
• Use your influencing skills to drive profitability, directly impacting sales and margin
• Deliver key business performance material to the Investors
• Support the Innovation team to appraise new products and control spend
• Build pricing tools and support new product launches with business cases
• Do no accounting work – just the commercials!

Essential candidate criteria:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
• FP&A experience gained in a complex business
• Naturally inquisitive and a natural problem solver
• Power BI experience desirable
• Drive and ambition!

Package:

• £65-70,000 salary
• Bonus (minimum 10%)
