A newly created role for a Tax Manager in a global Group boasting an impressive track record. You will report to the Direct Tax Manager and, working alongside the compliance team, will focus largely around UK corporate tax compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Using the compliance team for support, you will ensure the preparation of the UK Tax Returns
• Undertake the first review of all overseas tax returns prepared by the outsourced provider
• Support the corporate interest restriction calculation and determine allowability of interest payments made by the group
