Area Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Mgr – Infrastructure/Telco Permanent

Leading Telco organisation are looking for an Area Commercial Manager/Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to cover Kent & Sussex. Would suit an articulate and forward thinking individual who has worked on large scale infrastructure projects within construction, utilities, civils or telco. You will manage a team of up to 3 people and be willing to carry out site visits 2 days pw or as required. You will have experience of working on multi million pound projects, ideally at senior QS level and be able to build strong relationships both internally across multiple business units and externally with suppliers and project workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• To work across Kent & Sussex acting as the key commercial interface at regional level.

This will involve: –

-Undertaking site visits and working from different locations across the region

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience of Quantity Surveying
• MRICS Qualified (or CIOB)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Direct involvement of reporting internally and with external clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience of working with multiple clients/stakeholders
• Team management
• Telco experience – desirable
