Group Tax Manager Permanent

A growing PE backed global business with revenues exceeding €1bn has an opportunity for a Group Tax Manager to join their in-house tax team. Reporting to the Head of Tax, this is a broad role that stretches across tax compliance and reporting, transfer pricing, M&A and tax planning. Key responsibilities include:

• Review of half-year and annual tax reporting for the UK Group and submissions from overseas territories
• Assist Group Head of Tax with Country-by-Country reporting and BEPs Pillar 2 reporting obligations.
• Preparation of transfer pricing files (Master File and Local Files) for all major territories and working with external tax advisors to establish, implement and maintain transfer pricing policy
• Working with overseas territories to ensure their compliance and reporting deadlines are met

The role has a great deal of breadth and scope for development. It would suit someone who is either looking at making their first move out of the profession, or moving to a role with more responsibility and variety.
