This is an exciting and hands-on role, combining heavily commercial responsibilities alongside business partnering across the company’s largest business units.

Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:

• Provide financial oversight and support to the largest business units, including the commercial evaluation of sales opportunities and future deals.
• Maintain financial control of all ongoing projects, review actual versus forecasted performance, and identify actions to improve business unit performance where necessary.
• Assist the Financial Accounting teams at month-end to ensure accurate results.
• Continually identify and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy of financial information.
• Undertake ad-hoc project work as required.

Profile:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a commercially focused role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with and explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Package:

• Salary: £60,000 – £63,000.
