Your Role: As our Finance System Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in our financial operations. Your responsibilities include:

1. System Controls and Administration:
   • Administer chart of accounts, P2P, and financial monitoring.
   • Oversee system controls (user IDs, access rights, authorisations).
   • Build strong IT relationships.
   • Deliver D365 accounting system training.
2. Continuous Improvement:
   • Review system interfaces and effectiveness.
   • Monitor reconciliation and interface processes.
   • Track departmental performance via KPIs.
3. Essential Qualifications and Skills:
   • Experience managing a D365 accounting system.
   • Robust finance IT systems control experience.
   • CCAB-recognised accounting qualification.
   • Strong communication and ethical principles.
4. Support and Mentorship:
   • Set delivery standards and provide training.
   • Assist with annual audits.
   • Mentor finance systems analysts.

Ideally you will have worked in a large and complex organisation, operating to a very high standard with a plethora of knowledge and skills to impart on your next permanent role. If you have worked within the property development sector, this is highly desirable.
