Head of Excise & Customs, Large UK Headquarted Group Permanent

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, identify and develop efficient and accurate Excise & Customs compliant processes
• Build and develop relationships with Government bodies in order to develop channels for resolving and identifying solutions to Excise and Customs duty related issues
• Ensure the Business receives timely and relevant advice on Excise and Customs matters relevant to business developments
• Co-ordinate cross-functional and international business units to mitigate the Group’s Excise & Customs duty bill

This is a unique opportunity that would suit someone doing a similar role in-house or someone in practice operating at Senior Manager or Director level looking for an in-house move.
