Senior Finance Analyst Permanent

Cedar is working with a mission driven, venture backed technology scale up looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst to sit at the heart of the business and partner closely with the CFO.

This is a broad, hands-on role combining financial analysis and accounting operations, ideal for someone who enjoys owning the detail while influencing senior decision-making.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning day-to-day accounting and month-end close
• Building financial models, dashboards, and insight for leadership
• Managing project-level financial tracking and reporting
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, audits, and cash planning
• Improving finance processes, systems, and controls
• Partnering cross-functionally on payroll and people-related finance activity

What they’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in finance or financial analysis
• Strong hands-on accounting background (SME / scale-up environment ideal)
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident communicating with leadership

Hybrid working (2 days per week in-office) in a high visibility, high impact role with real growth runway.
