Interim FP&A Manager Interim

Cedar is partnered with a fast-growing international consumer (PE Backed) business to help them secure an Interim FP&A Manager. This role is fully remote and is offered as an initial 3-month contract, outside IR35, paying £450 to £500 per day.

The Role
As Interim FP&A Manager (fully remote, outside IR35), you will provide commercial finance support and drive financial insight during a period of growth and change.

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow

• Building, maintaining and improving financial models for forecasting, scenario planning and what-if analysis

• Delivering KPI analysis covering sales, margin, customer acquisition, returns and inventory performance

• Conducting detailed revenue and seasonal performance analysis across brands, geographies and channels

• Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, including acquisition integration and strategic planning

• Providing ad hoc financial analysis on margin pressures, cost levers and trading performance

• Partnering with commercial, operational and senior leadership teams to challenge assumptions and improve decision-making

Your Profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)

• Strong background in FP&A, financial modelling and commercial finance, ideally within consumer or retail businesses

• Advanced Excel and modelling skills with proven ability to build and adapt forecasting tools

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex environments with multiple stakeholders

• Hands-on, adaptable and confident engaging with cross-functional teams

Compensation & Benefits
This Interim FP&A Manager contract is offered on an initial 3-month basis, outside IR35, paying £450 to £500 per day. The role is fully remote, offering:
