What experience will I need?

  • We’re looking for a 360 Associate with at least 18 months experience in a relevant market such as: Finance, Accountancy, Tax, Public Practice, Senior Appointments, Transformation, Procurement or Supply Chain (but we will also happily look at experienced associates who are interested in changing sectors)
  • You must enjoy business development, sales, negotiation and have the ability and desire to build a network of clients and candidates
  • You need to be the type of person who wants to take ownership of their targets and the activity levels and effort needed to hit those targets
  • To fit into our culture, you will be positive, proactive, mature, normal (not normal) honest, transparent and someone who is looking for a work environment where they can genuinely be themselves
