FP&A Analyst

Location: North London

Salary: Up to £65,000 + benefits

An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join a successful and well-established organisation operating at scale across multiple UK sites, supported by a strong international parent group. This is a highly visible role, partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to drive performance through insightful analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes
• Deliver insightful variance analysis and performance reporting
• Produce and monitor financial and operational KPIs
• Partner with finance and non-finance stakeholders to drive performance improvement initiatives
• Support month-end reporting and board-level analysis
• Develop and enhance reporting through the use of data and analytics

About You

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) – essential
• Previous industry experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Financial Analysis
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting experience
• Confident analysing large datasets and translating findings into actionable insights
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive, analytical, and commercially focused
