Management Accountant – Watford (4 days office-based) – £60,000 to £65,000

Cedar is recruiting a Management Accountant for a leading multi-site sports leisure and entertainment group with a strong UK presence and international reach. With a loyal customer base and ambitious growth plans across England and Scotland, the business is poised for further expansion in the coming years.

Location: Watford (4 days per week in the office)
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000
Reporting to: UK Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and review P&Ls for individual venues
• Manage accounting, budgeting, and forecasting for corporate overheads
• Handle intercompany accounting and complete balance sheet reconciliations
• Support statutory account preparation and liaise with external auditors
• Provide performance analysis at both head office and venue level
• Assist with various finance projects and ad hoc tasks as needed

Candidate Profile:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Proven management accounting experience in a dynamic, multi-entity environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with venue teams and internal stakeholders
• Deadline-driven, with a proactive approach to process improvement
• Adaptable and eager to contribute to a growing, fast-paced business
