Hybrid (3 Days in City of London)

Cedar have partnered with a dynamic and growing tech business in the commercial real estate sector (£20m turnover business) who are looking for a Management Accountant with solid revenue accounting experience to join their finance team.

Working closely with the Financial Controller, the successful Management Accountant will play a key role in month-end reporting across multiple international entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts for global entities
• Manage intercompany recharges and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain fixed asset registers
• Revenue Accounting
• Support audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and VAT/sales tax submissions

Requirements:

• Part-qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
• Proven experience in revenue accounting
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with IFRS (including ROU assets) and NetSuite is a bonus
• Background in real estate, SaaS, or managed services is desirable
