Group Tax Manager Permanent

This is a newly created opportunity for an International Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join an established tax team in a global business where revenues exceed €6billion. You will join as a tax business partner to the UK and International business (outside of US). Specific responsibilities include:

• Provide dedicated tax support to UK and International business units, working alongside local finance teams and their external advisers
• Assisting business units on guidance and implementation on Group tax initiatives and strategy
• Identifying opportunities to optimise the group’s tax planning position
• Provide tax support on transactions and business driven projects including cash repatriation, restructuring and financing projects

This is an exciting role and an opportunity to add commercial value to the group. You will need to be able to demonstrate proactivity in developing relationships with the business units to identify opportunities. This is a broad, international tax role with plenty of scope for further development. You will have a strong international tax background with experience of dealing with multiple territories.
