Internal Communications Executive – German Speaking

8-month contract

Fully remote

£ – day rate – dependant on experience

I am currently working with a global media organisation who are looking for an internal communications executive to support the People and Change team as they support the delivery of a large-scale Finance Transformation programme. You will provide comms support for the programme working closely within the Change team to execute the delivery of communication plans.

This role would be suited well to someone who has worked in junior project management, communications, or change related roles or alternatively has a marketing background where comms has played a large part and is now looking for an opportunity to transition into this space.

You must be a German speaker and be available to start a new role within the next two weeks to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting PowerPoint presentations ready for the relevant change team members to input further content
• Drafting and posting articles and updates on SharePoint for the wider business to access
• Supporting the management of the overall comms plan including updating this on SharePoint
• Supporting with information gathering by way of, surveys and questionnaires and analysing responses
• Mailbox maintenance and management alongside other ad hoc tasks to support the team

Must haves:

• You must be a fluent German speaker
• Be competent at drafting communications, compiling PowerPoint/slide decks and making updates on SharePoint
• You must have experience in communications, change, projects, or marketing related role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desirable:

• Experience supporting on a large-scale finance or technology transformation programme
