London (Hybrid) – £115,000 – £135,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Are you ready to take on a pivotal leadership role within a dynamic and growing team? My client, a top 25 firm, is seeking an experienced FS Tax Director to co-lead their FS Property team alongside an established Property Director.

With the current FS Director transitioning to a fund, this is a prime opportunity for an ambitious professional to step into a critical leadership position.

About the Role:

• Team Leadership – You will oversee the FS side of the team, which includes 7 dedicated professionals, including a Senior Manager. The broader team consists of 15 individuals, with 8 in Property.
• Client Portfolio – The team primarily collaborates with funds, private equity houses, venture capital firms, and less frequently with large banks and insurance companies.
• Scope of Work – The role offers a diverse workload, including UK and international tax advisory, business development, reviewing compliance, and team management.
• Career Progression – There is a clear pathway to partner for both you and the Property Director, as there is currently no partner within the team. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to make a significant impact and advance their career.
