Transactions Tax Associate Director – Central London – Top 10 Firm
The Transaction Tax team is uniquely structured to provide a full spectrum of tax services to private equity across funds, deals, and portfolio companies. The Transactions Tax Team advises on a broad range of transactional work, both domestically and internationally.
The Transactions Tax Associate Director in the team will be responsible for delivering tax structuring advice and conducting tax due diligence on both buy-side and sell-side transactions for private equity and corporate clients. If you enjoy working on a variety of different clients across a plethora of different sectors then this Transactions Tax Team is the place for you.
The successful candidate will be a qualified chartered accountant or tax adviser (ACA, CA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent) with previous experience of transactions tax.
