Senior FP&A Manager Permanent

Cedar is partnering with a data driven infrastructure business who are hiring a Senior FP&A Manager. The role reports directly to the Head of FP&A and this role will play a key part in transforming FP&A processes and leading a team of analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production and reporting of monthly management reports for senior stakeholders, including the Executive Committee and Board.
• Drive cost efficiency initiatives, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Own and manage the cash flow forecast to maintain financial stability.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic insight and analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to deliver meaningful performance insights and recommendations.
• Enhance financial processes, reporting frameworks, and self-service capabilities across the business.
• Leverage technology to improve reporting efficiencies, including Power BI and SAP FPT.
• Lead and develop a team, fostering a high-performance culture.

About You:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in FP&A and performance reporting within a complex, matrix-managed environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at the executive level.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; SAP FPT knowledge is advantageous.
